RESTAURANTS A SHORT WALK AWAY
Restaurant Bodmen. With an indoor & outdoor playground and petting zoo this is always our favourite restaurant to take our family to. It’s a lovely 20min walk from the village and good accessible for young and old in winter & summer. Restaurant Bodmen
Restaurant Alpenblick. At a 40min walk up on the Hannig mountain, these amazing terrace views are well worth the walk! Restaurant Alpenblick
Restaurant Gletschergrotte. Our favourite walk to reach this restaurant is to follow the glacier learning trail. Restaurant Gletschergrotte.
COFFEE
Our favourite places for coffee in the village were always SUMMIT & 12INCH COFFEE. Luckily since this month there is a new place with the best coffees! It is called THE HOUSE COFFEE and is also located on the shopping street. On the mountain we would stop at the REVOLVING RESTAURANT before hitting the slopes or after the first two runs at the Gletschergrotte restaurant, both with the most amazing views! Gletschergrotte is a nice 40 min up from the village as well.
APRÉS SKI
Aprés ski in Saas-Fee starts at the pit stop bar, located close to the morenia mountain restaurant. Then you’ll find the Larix aprés ski bar directly at the bottom of the slopes.
Is it too cold outside? Try the High Life bar just around the corner. As you walk further into the village you’ll find the small outside Rudi’s bar, following the road to the outside bar of Restaurant Zur Muhle and then the famous Black bull ski bar. One last stop to warm up again at the Nesti’s bar or Steinbock bar and you would’ve had a great Aprés Ski tour!
BARS
For our evening drinks our favourite spot is the Old Cinema Pub. There is also the Pubwise bar, the bar at restaurant Skihütte and hidden above the Arvu Stuba restaurant is the Steinbock bar.
