PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

With weekly checks, we keep an eye on your property all year round. You’ll receive a written report from our property manager twice per month. Should the need arise for maintenance we assist you in organising.

We take care of the complete rental of your property. Online marketing, prizing, organising check-in and -out, oversee the cleaning and get the property ready for the next guests again. With high quality linen rental, advice on your rental amenities and decoration your property will stand out.

All our properties have a personalised guide for their guests. From recommendations in the region to house rules, wifi code and basic instructions on your appliances. We gather everything in smart online guide.

CARPENTRY SERVICE

Are you looking to re-decorate, or is there maintenance to be done? Our carpentry service can take care of your property in a timely manner should you need it. We’d love to design a new space for you!

LAUNDRY SERVICE

Providing you high quality hotel bedlinen and bath towels. It arrives freshly washed and ironed at your property each time, where after we’ll take the dirty laundry with us again.

Should you wish to use your own linen we have a dry cleaner option for you, incl. pick up & delivery.

CLEANING & LIGHT MAINTENANCE SERVICE

We offer Ad Hoc cleaning service for you property as well as trimming, maintaining your lawn & garden in summer and snow shovelling in winter in Saas-Fee.

We advice a seasonal deep clean 2x per year for your property.
