APARTMENT KEYS

Please always leave the keys in the lockbox when leaving. That way anyone of your party can always enter. *loosing a key costs CHF250,-

The Building’s front door locks after 23:30.
When entering after this time, you can use the electronic keypad on your right side when facing the building door. The code is: 8888.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL

All rubbish must be put in the orange bags ‘Kehrichtsacks’. More bags can be purchased at any local supermarket.

Full bags must be left by the side of the road on Tuesday morning and Friday morning.

SKI LOCKERS

The two ski lockers belonging to Derby Panorama are labeled accordingly in the ski locker room. The apartment key is used for these lockers.

Please note that it is not prohibited to walk into the building entrance with ski boots. With ski boots, please use the side entrance on the right side of the building.

ATTENTION PLEASE

There are a few locked areas across the home, please respect these as they are for private use.

FIRE PLACE

It is strictly forbidden to burn anything other than the wood we have provided for you. No magazines, nothing plastic etc.

To light the fire place, there are 3 airways. The bottom white ledger needs to be pulled out. The black square above the fireplace needs to be set on ‘open or plus’ and underneath the window is a ledger that you can turn left or right.

With this ledger you can adjust the airflow. When lighting the fire, slide the ledger all the way to the right side. When the fire is burning properly, slowly move it a little bit to the left side.

SAUNA

Turn the sauna on, heating up will take a while.

WHIRLPOOL

Please use the ON/OFF button. The other two options regulate the intensity. Please note that once the system is turned off approximately 20 minutes later, the system will perform a self-cleaning/drying program. You will hear the system making noise. This lasts approximately 10 minutes

SHARED WASHING ROOM

This room is used by the whole building. Should you wish to wash something, simply insert coins accordingly and clear the washing machine straight after. You may use the drying racks to dry your cloths, in Saas-Fee it is usually dry after one night.
