HOUSE RULES
We kindly ask you to read the house rules carefully.
- No shoes allowed inside the Apartment. Please leave them by the front door. Ski shoes should stay in the ski locker, where there are boot warmers for you to use.
- It is strictly prohibited to burn other materials in the fireplace besides wood. No magazines, no plastic etc.
- There is a strict NO smoking policy in the apartment.
- Check-out is at 10:00
- Quiet time after 22:00
In case anything happens to break during your stay please report immediately and in full to Kelly info@peakhospitality.ch
APARTMENT KEYS
To enter the front door of the building always use the electronic keypad on the right side of the entrance door and not the keys.
The building entrance door will open with the code: 948327#
We advise you to leave the keys in the lockbox when leaving. That way anyone of your party can always enter. *loosing a key costs CHF250,-
GARBAGE & RECYCLING DISPOSAL
All rubbish must be disposed of in the official orange bags/liners called ‘Kehrichtsacks’. More bin liners can be bought in the local supermarkets. They come in different sizes – 35, 70 or 110 litres. be purchased in single form at any local supermarket.
Full garbage bags can be left in the garbage room located outside the building to the right, slightly up. On the corner of the street behind the metal door.
Recycling in Saas-Fee. We love recycling! Have a look at this recycling flyer for what can be recycled in Saas-Fee.
Being a car free village at the end of the valley means that disposing of recycling can be a challenge. We ask our guests to help with this challenge and adhere to the strict laws and regulations Saas-Fee has implemented for rubbish disposal.
Anything in the recycling flyer should be taken to the recycling centre located in the recycling tunnel between the car park and post office.
ATTENTION PLEASE
There are a few locked areas across the home, please respect these as they are for private use.
FIRE PLACE
It is strictly forbidden to burn anything other than the wood we have provided for you. No magazines, nothing plastic etc.
Below are some safety guidelines to lighting the fire:
- Make sure that the vent of the fireplace is open before starting a fire
- Only use dry wood which is provided or readily available for purchase at local stores
- Do not burn anything other than wood or paper for kindling
- We ask that when/of you clean out the fireplace you are cautious of where you place the ashes. They may still be hot the next day. Prevent burning of the floor/furniture.
WATER
Switzerland/Saas-Fee has excellent and delicious drinking water from the tap!
WASHING MACHINE & TUMBLE DRYER
Please leave the washing machine door open for a couple hours to allow the inside to properly dry and always clean both machines after use.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
There is a fire blanket located in the drawer on the right side of the cooking hob.

CHECK-OUT
As a gentle reminder, you are required to leave the apartment in the same general condition it was in when you arrived.
- Rubbish & Recyclables. Please dispose of all according to local regulations.
- Dishes. Make sure that all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc are out of the dishwasher and stored back in the right place.
- Turn off all lights.
- Security. Please lock the doors and make sure all windows are closed.
- Keys. Put the keys back in the keybox by the front door.
Small steps towards a greener future and a more sustainable holiday business!
We are against food waste. Should you have any good fresh foods, you may leave them in the apartment. No half open cartons of milk or half pieces of bread. But pasta, fresh vegetables etc. is ok.
Are there any beds/towels not used? Please clearly state this by removing the bedlinen of the beds that are used, place them on the bathroom floor or kindly let Kelly know.
That way we can save on water and the strong detergents of washing.
